A nossa Dáfnia apenas tinha 2 ovos.

E...não parava quieta!! Era uma Dáfnia hiperativa ;-)!!

Description of observations

A nossa Dáfnia Magna tinha apenas 2 ovos na sua bolsa. As Dáfnias que se reproduzem sexuadamente têm apenas dois ovos que são mais fortes do que os ovos das Dáfnias  que se reproduzem sozinhas ( reprodução assexuada), que são muitos mas mais fracos.

Sem água as Dáfnias morrem. Elas alimentam-se de algas esmigalhadas com água.

As Dáfnias têm um tudo digestivo verde devido à sua alimentação e têm umas patas interiores que lhe permitem andar à roda e movimentar-se dentro de água.

A principal diferença entre o macho e a fêmea está nas antenas (o macho tem uma maior que a outra e as fêmeas têm ambas do mesmo tamanho).

Our Daphnia Magna had only two eggs in her purse. The Daphnia that reproduce sexually have only two eggs that are stronger than the eggs of Daphnia that reproduce themselves (asexual reproduction), which are many but weaker.
Without water the Daphnia die. They feed on algae crushed with water.
The Daphnia have an all green due to its digestive power and have a few feet inside that allow them to spinning and moving in the water.
The main difference between male and female is on the antennas (the male has one greater than the other and both females have the same size).
